Mothers day brunch
As soon as you receive your Mother’s Day box, pop it into the fridge until you’re going to serve your beautiful brunch.
Prior to serving you may like to think about how and where you are going to serve your feast for Mum. You may like to set a table using platters and small plates or an individual setting for each person. We suggest a glass jar each or pretty dish to serve the granola and berry fruit parfait, some lovely flowers, napkins, cutlery and any table decorations that your Mum will like.
Sunday Morning Prep.
Pre – heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Put the Granola & Berry fruit parfait into jars or glasses and present with a spoon.
Place the Burrito, Croissants, Corn fritters & French toast onto baking trays.
Place into the oven and bake for 6-10 minutes, until hot.
Place onto platters or individual plates and serve:
Breakfast Burrito ~ refried bean, chorizo, tomato & egg
Mini croissants ~ bacon, mushroom, egg, tomato & chilli jam
French toast ~ blueberries, cream cheese & maple syrup
Arrange the Salmon gravlax, pumpkin seed & buckwheat lavosh and horseradish creme on a platter.
Serve with fresh coffee, a rehydration/detox juice or Mum’s favourite bubbles!
