Heat at 170 degrees for ~ 10 min's until heated to 65 degrees
Cajun Chicken
Ingredients: Chicken, flour, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs and spices chipotle chilli, oil
Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating
Heating Instructions: Heat @ 165 C for approximately 10-15 mins till core temperature 65 with the foil lid removed.
Serve with the chipotle aioli
Beef Cheeks
Ingredients: beef cheeks, beef stock, canola oil, onions, ginger, garlic Chinese cooking wine, g.f soy sauce, honey, orange, parsnips, herbs and spices
NOTE: this meal is gluten and dairy free

Serve topped with crispy parsnip
Pork Belly with Star Anise
Ingredients: pork belly, chicken stock, garlic, canola oil, orange, sugar, red wine vinegar, herbs and spices

Vegetable Kasundi pie
Ingredients: carrots, pumpkin, kumara, onions, garlic, cauliflower, spinach, canola oil, sugar, phyllo pastry, herbs and spices
