Heating, storage instructions and ingredients of our home delivery menu

Green Thai chicken curry pies 2/5/2020

 complimentary on todays delivery.

Heat at 170 degrees for ~ 10 min's until heated to 65 degrees

Cajun Chicken

Ingredients: Chicken, flour, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs and spices chipotle chilli, oil

Storage:  Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 165 C for approximately 10-15 mins till core temperature 65 with the foil lid removed.

Serve with the chipotle aioli 

Beef Cheeks 

Ingredients: beef cheeks, beef stock, canola oil, onions, ginger, garlic Chinese cooking wine, g.f soy sauce, honey, orange, parsnips, herbs and spices 

NOTE: this meal is gluten and dairy free 

Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating 

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 165 C for approximately 15 mins till core temperature 65 

Serve topped with crispy parsnip

Pork Belly with Star Anise 

Ingredients: pork belly, chicken stock, garlic, canola oil, orange, sugar, red wine vinegar, herbs and spices 

NOTE: this meal is gluten and dairy free 

Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating 

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 165 C for approximately 15 minutes till core temperature 65 C.

Serve topped with crispy Kumara and crackling. 

Vegetable Kasundi pie

Ingredients: carrots, pumpkin, kumara, onions, garlic, cauliflower, spinach, canola oil, sugar, phyllo pastry, herbs and spices 

NOTE: this meal is dairy free 

Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating 

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 170 C for approximately 25-30 minutes till core temperature 65 C and the phyllo is golden.

Celeriac and Potato puree

Ingredients: celeriac, potatoes, onions, garlic, butter, canola oil, vegetable stock, herbs and spices 

NOTE: this meal is gluten free 

Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating 

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 165 C for approximately 15 minutes until hot through. 

Crispy roast potatoes and Kumara 

Ingredients: kumara, potatoes, garlic, canola oil, rosemary and spices 

Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating 

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 190 C for approximately 15 minutes with foil lid removed 

Black rice and edamame salad 

Ingredients: black rice, edamame beans, sesame oil, g,f soya sauce, garlic, chili, lime, sugar, herbs and spices 

NOTE: this meal is gluten and dairy free 

Storage: Refrigerate. If freezing defrost 12 hours in refrigerator before heating 

Heating Instructions: Heat @ 165 C for 15 minutes This can be served hot or cold 

Asian Slaw with miso aioli and sesame & lime dressing 

Ingredients: red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, chili, sprouts, aioli, egg, canola oil, sesame oil, lime,  miso paste, herbs and spices 

NOTE: this meal is gluten and dairy free 

Storage: Refrigerate and toss through dressing before serving. 

Chocolate Raspberry Brownie 

Ingredients: chocolate, butter, eggs, sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla essence and frozen raspberries 

Allergens: wheat 

Storage: Store in airtight container 

Nutty Date Muesli Slice 

Ingredients: flour, butter, golden syrup, water, baking soda, sugar, oats, coconut, peanuts, dried fruit and seeds
